What do I gain with an ABC customer card?
ABC Customer Card provides a 3% discount on all goods at usual prices for one year.
ABC Silver Card provides a 5% discount on all goods at usual prices for one year.
ABC Silver Card Plus provides a 5% discount on all goods at usual prices for one year.
ABC Gold Card provides a 10% discount on all goods at usual prices for one year.
The discounts do not apply to campaign products, prepaid call cards, deposit-liable packaging and tobacco products.
ABC Silver and Gold Card discounts apply to purchases of at least 10 euros in total.
Where do ABC customer cards apply?
ABC customer cards apply in the Delice Food Stores at Viimsi Shopping Center and Pärnu Center, in the Solaris Food Store at the Solaris Center in Tallinn, and in Comarket stores.
What are the annual charges of ABC customer cards?
ABC Customer Card’s annual charge is € 3.
ABC Silver Card’s annual charge is € 10.
ABC Silver Card Plus’s annual charge is € 30.
ABC Gold Card’s annual charge is € 50.
How to get an ABC customer card?
To order a customer card, click the button 'Order a card' next to here; you will be directed to the self-service portal which is the most convenient way to order the customer card of your choosing.
Additionally, customer cards are available in the stores of Abc Supermarkets AS. An ABC customer card will be mailed to the customer’s home address within 2 weeks.
ABC customer cards are personalized and issued only to natural persons.
What are the options for paying the annual charge for existing ABC customer cards?
The annual charge of ABC customer cards can be paid in the self-service portal at www.abccom.eu or in stores.
You can pay the annual charge with a 50% discount a month before the card’s end of validity by using the self-service portal: www.abccom.eu (discount not applicable for users of the ABC Silver Card Plus).
The 50% discount is only available in the self-service portal and not at stores.
After paying the annual charge of a card used for 4 years, we will send a new ABC customer card to your home address.
Using ABC customer cards
The card must be presented to the customer attendant before you make the purchase. The card is personalised and intended for its holder only. Customer attendants may ask for your identity document to verify the card’s holder. Customer cards are only issued to natural persons.
In the case your card is lost, stolen or damaged, please inform us by using the self-service portal at www.abccom.eu, sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the telephone number +372 650 5505.
Replacing a lost, stolen or damaged customer card is free of cost. The replacement card will be valid until the end of the validity period of the card replaced.
Abc Supermarkets AS reserves the right to modify the terms of the customer card, its usage and the discount options. Abc Supermarkets AS informs you of any changes to this agreement in the self-service portal at www.abccom.eu, on the company’s webpage and at stores one month beforehand.
Any personal data which is received in the customer card application process is protected and processed according to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act in order to collect, analyse and summarize data, to provide personal offers, to conduct polls and to organize prize drawings among customer card users.
