What are the benefits of ABC cards?

ABC Discount Card users enjoy 3% off of regular-priced items

ABC Silver Card users enjoy 5% off of regular-priced items.

ABC Silver Card Plus users enjoy 5% off of regular-priced items.

ABC Gold Card users enjoy 10% off of regular-priced items.

Discounts are not applicable to campaign items, telephone cards, deposit-subjected packaging, and tobacco products

ABC Silver Card and ABC Gold Card discount applies to purchases of € 10 or more.

 

How do I use my ABC card?

Show your ABC card to the attendant before making your purchase. Your card is personalized and is meant to be used by its holder only. To verify the card holder’s identity, attendants have the right to ask the person producing an ABC card to produce their identity document.

 

How do I know which items are campaign items?

Campaign items at our stores are marked with a yellow price tag.

 

Where are ABC cards applicable?

ABC cards are applicable at the Delice grocery store in Viimsi and Pärnu Centre, Solaris grocery store in Tallinn, and Comarket stores.

 

How long are ABC cards valid for?

ABC cards will apply until full transition to the Partner Card system

 

How do I access the ABC card self-service environment?

You can access the ABC card self-service environment using your ID card, mobile ID, or bank link.

 

What should I do if my contact details change (residence, telephone, e-mail)?

Kindly enter any changes to your contact details in our self-service environment at www.abccom.eu, by e-mailing info@abccom.eu, or by calling (+372) 650 5505.

 

What should I do if my cards are not working?

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Kindly report the loss, theft, or becoming unusable of your card in our self-service environment at www.abccom.eu, by e-mailing info@abccom.eu, or by calling (+372) 650 5505.

Lost, stolen, or damaged ABC cards are replaced free of charge. Replacement cards remain valid until the date on which the original card would have expired.

 

I found someone else’s ABC card – what should I do with it?

If you find someone else’s ABC card, kindly report it in our self-service environment at www.abccom.eu or by calling (+372) 650 5505, or take the card to an ABC Supermarkets AS store closest to you.

Why do you request my personal details on the ABC card application form?

We request your personal details in order to make sure your ABC card is posted to its holder’s correct address.

 

I am an ABC card holder but I cannot find my card details when I log in to the card portal.

If you are an ABC card holder but have not registered your ID code with us, your details are not visible in the portal. To register your ID code, kindly contact us by e-mailing info@abccom.eu or calling (+372) 650 5505.

 

What is mTasku?

mTasku is a virtual wallet enabling you to conveniently keep all your bank cards, customer cards, and any other mobile service cards in one place.

 

How do I add my ABC card to mTasku?

In order to add a new customer card, tap on the “Add a card” icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Select ABC cards. From the menu, select the type of ABC card you want to add (if you already have the card) or buy and confirm your choice by clicking “Add +” or “Buy +”.

In the ABC card portal at www.abccom.eu you can also order physical plastic cards for the cards you purchased in mTasku.

 

I purchased an ABC card in mTasku – do I get an actual physical card as well?

Yes, you can also order your cards as actual physical plastic cards. To do that, log in to out self-service portal, click on “My cards”, and select your relevant card.
