ABC Customer Card provides a 3% discount on all goods at usual prices for one year.

ABC Silver Card provides a 5% discount on all goods at usual prices for one year.

ABC Silver Card Plus provides a 5% discount on all goods at usual prices for one year.

ABC Gold Card provides a 10% discount on all goods at usual prices for one year.

The discounts do not apply to campaign products, prepaid call cards, deposit-liable packaging and tobacco products.

ABC Silver and Gold Card discounts apply to purchases of at least 10 euros in total.

 

How to use an ABC customer card?

The card must be presented to the customer attendant before you make the purchase. The card is personalised and intended for its holder only. Customer attendants may ask for your identity document to verify the card’s holder.

 

Where do ABC customer cards apply?

ABC customer cards apply in Delice food stores at Viimsi Kaubanduskeskus and Pärnu Keskus shopping centres, in Solaris food store at Tallinn Solaris Keskus shopping centre, and in Comarket stores.

 

What are the annual charges of ABC customer cards?

ABC Customer Card’s annual charge is € 3.

ABC Silver Card’s annual charge is € 10.

ABC Silver Card Plus’s annual charge is € 30.

ABC Gold Card’s annual charge is € 50.

 

How long do ABC customer cards remain valid?

ABC customer cards remain valid for 1 year.

An ABC customer card can be applied for in the self-service area at www.abccom.eu or on-site at stores.

The ABC customer card will be mailed to your home address within 2 weeks.

ABC customer card is for private persons. Corporate body cannot apply for an ABC customer card.

 

How to log into the self-service area of ABC customer cards?

You can use your ID-card, Mobiil-ID or online banking to log into the self-service area of ABC customer cards.

 

What should I do if my contact data (home address, telephone, e-mail address) changes?

It is free to replace a lost, stolen or damaged customer card. The replacement card will be valid until the end of the replaced card’s validity period.

 

I found someone’s ABC customer card, what should I do?

If you found someone’s customer card, please inform us via the self-service area at www.abccom.eu, call the telephone number +372 650 5505 or take the card to the nearest store of Abc Supermarkets AS.

Why should I enter my personal data on the ABC customer card’s application form?

We ask for the personal data to make sure that the ordered ABC customer card reaches the correct holder when mailing it.

 

I have ABC customer card but when I log into the card portal, I cannot find my card data.

If you have ABC discount card but you have not forwarded us your personal identification code beforehand, your data is not visible in the portal. In order to add your personal identification code, please contact us by e-mail address: info@abccom.eu or call at 650 5505.

 

What is mTasku?

mTasku is a virtual wallet where you can conveniently keep all you bank and customer cards as well as other mobile service cards.

 

How can I add the ABC discount card to mTasku?

In order to add a new card, click on the “Add card” icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose ABC discount cards, and then choose which ABC discount card you want to add (if the card already exists) or make the purchase and confirm your choice with the button "Add +" or "Buy +".

You can order a physical card purchased in mTasku through the ABC discount cards portal at abccom.eu.

 

I bought an ABC discount card via mTasku, can I also get a physical card?

Yes, you can order a physical card. For this, enter our self-service portal, go to "my cards" and choose the respective discount card.
